Please do not include detailed medical history in the website forms. We will ask for any medical information we need when we speak to you or at your appointment.

- To reply to your enquiry and arrange or confirm your appointment.
- To contact you about that appointment by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are emailed to the clinic and stored in this website’s database, which is hosted by our web hosting provider. Only authorised clinic staff and the people who maintain the website can access them.
Third-party services on this website
- Google Maps on the Contact page and Google reviews shown on the Home page load content from Google and Trustindex. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies.
- The WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
